Vernon

I live here! It is quite a normal suburb, but we’ve got grea “hometown quirks”. The rail trails, Vernon Diner [best veggie burger ever!!!], and downtown Rockville has beautiful architecture. It’s a really nice place to grow up. You aren’t far from New York, Boston, Mystic Seaport, and the rest that CT has to offer.

Man, Vernon is great. My family used to camp in and around Vernon for summer vacations- head around Peachland, Summerland, Kelowna, Vernon and go through the mountains to Kimberly, Kamloops, Cranbrook and Radium Hotsprings. Go there! Take your kids. Watch out for Ogopogo.
