There is a parking lot off Beech Hill Road in Rockport where a trail starts that leads through the woods and up a dirt road to the top of Beech Hill. The walk takes you through blueberry fields and is very easy and fairly short. At the top of the hill there is a sweet little stone building with a sod roof and you have a panoramic view of the area – stunning.
We brought binoculars and that was crucial to picking out landmarks. It was a great little walk. Check out the Coastal Mountains Landtrust website for more information.
