I went to college here for one horrible semester. I am wiser now and realize that it wasn’t FHU that was making my life terrible it was my sickness. But I’m all better now!

It’s not a super-exciting place outside of the college, but it does afford a pretty neat state park called Chickasaw. You can camp, ride horses, ride paddle boats, swim, hike and eat at a restaurant located on the grounds. (The restaurant isn’t all that great, so bring a picnic.) The horse rides aren’t terribly expensive from what I’ve been told.
