Higher price for foreigners
When I went to Red Fort we got in line to buy tickets and had missed the special line for foreigners (probably because nobody was in it). A kind old-lady pointed it out to us. We paid our 100 rupees to get in and later discovered that Indians only had to pay 5 rupees. This was my first experience of blatant price-gouging for tourists. Unfortunately it was not my last in India.

Watch your pockets!
The very first thing upon entering red fort:
As soon as we came to a ticket line, there was a bit of scuffle.
A bunch of kids were inching up to us, adn I had a feeling these mught be pickpockets. Luckily I put my hands in my pocket just as one of the rascals had done the same. I held the hand there for a bit, and then they ran away.
So keep your money in a front pocket, tight, or in a pouch inside your shirt or similar hard to reach location.

Delhi WOW
The city is also the capital of the country. There are many monumental attractions like Red Fort, Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple and India Gate. So, its one of the ideal place to visit with friendly people and lodgings.

Great view
Great view of the Taj from there, and the place is amazing.
