The most outrageous hiking I have ever done in my life! Plus, my friends who are biologists told me – you know that there are new species of moss discovered there every day? ... I beleive it! What and amazing and (almost) untouched place for jungle trekking!

I want to visit Borneo to see the orangutans, siamangs, japanese macaques, and proboscis monkeys living freely in the wild. Can you imagine looking up and seeing this singular face peering down at you from a tree limb? LOL, now that would be awesome!

This is our journey into the deep jungle of Sarawak. Land of myth and folklore. Land with a history back to 18’s century when the first explorer discovered the hidden gem of the equator. Even now the sense of unknown would be found present in every step into the dense forest. We discovered more and more, truly because we loved what the nature gave us.

I’m in the middle of putting a travelogue online. I was in Sarawak for 10 days and in Sabah for 12 days. This trip was one of the most memorable things I have ever done. It’s not an easy trip (at least, not if you go into the jungle, and I did), but it’s fascinating and marvelous.
