Lots of great, creative gifts and the ONLY place to buy Christmas cards in the city.
Watch the prices though – some toys I’ve found at HomeSense for almost 1/2 the price. : /
A quick google search on your coveted item should give you an idea if it can be located elsewhere for a more reasonable price.
Another note: wish there were less imported/commercial things and more local items from artists (which are so plentiful in this city).

Now, I love the art gallery, and the shop is excellent, featuring a variety of things that won’t break the bank, to very expensive. However, the last time I visited here, an overbearing shop assistant followed me all over the store as I browsed for about half an hour. It was quite obvious that she had tagged me as a potential shoplifter, presumably because I was the youngest person there. In fact, I’m sure everyone in the store knew her opinion of me. I was looking at a rack of cards at one point and could literally hear her breathing behind me. I was really ticked, as there were items here I couldn’t get back in the US and weren’t on the website. I hope that it is a matter of an overzealous employee and not store policy, but if it happens to you, complain to the manager.
