Waterside

It’s alot like Baltimore’s Harbor Place (the same architect). Pretty much the only good places to eat here are Outback, Ben and Jerry’s, and Bar Norfolk.

Used to be a really nice place for family’s to go and see the harbor. Its a still a nice place but now its mostly restuarant. Still a nice place to see.

when they first built it, now it’s kind of ghetto

Like Harborside in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor but on a smaller scale.
