Norðoyggjar

This is a group of the six north-eastern islands of the Faeroes.

Two of these, Fugloy and Svinoy, are only reachable by ferry from Havassund on Vidoy. Ferry timetables can be very erratic becuase of conditions in the Atlantic.

Kunoy and Vidoy are connected by causeways from the largest of the group, Borðoy. Kalsoy is reached by ferry from Klaksvik on Borðoy.
