Reisterstown

I lived in this city for 5th and 6th grades. I went to Glyndon Elementary, and then Franklin Jr High for 6th. My memories of this town were wonderful. Strangely enough, I even still have dreams about this place. I guess I subconsciously want to return there for a visit. I hope one day I can.

I live in Baltimore now but Reisterstown is where I lived for 18 years. It is a small town where everybody knows everybody. A good town to visit if you want the real meaning of Main Street life.

This is an incredibly nice and warm hearted place. Considering that my only at home experience prior to moving here was of city life in one of the worse neighborhoods in Baltimore, it was a nice change of pace to have people wave hello to you and say good morning without you having to get suspicious of their motives.

Sadly, I won’t be living here for much longer but I will always remember the great time I spent here and I encourage others to visit.
