I’ve been to three Browns games (one a year for the past four years – I missed the game last year) and have never tailgated. It’s a shame, I know, because Browns tailgate parties are legendary. As for the stadium, it’s very nice. Security is a big presence ever since Bottle-Gate and makes the game much more enjoyable. I took my wife for the first time this year (and she’s not particularly a fan) and she totally enjoyed herself.
On the bad side, food and beer is way too expensive.

I’m not a big football fanatic, but my husbands company had their 2004 Christmas party here. It was huge and very nice inside. The food was OK, but looking at the prices at the consession stands (they were closed) it just seems so pricey. I went once and would probably go once when a game was playing, but not more after that. I suggest, watch the game and home and save your money!

I saw the Browns play at the end of December. They lost 35-0 against the Ravens. It was cold and we were 8 rows from the top. I would like to go again in during early fall.

who cares. it was still fun. a beautiful fall day about four years ago. steelers v. browns. the browns won (!) on a goal-line stand at the end of the game. i’ve been to lots of sporting events in my life but nothing matched the intensity of the browns-steelers fans. it was the closest i’ve ever felt to witnessing murder. it was surprising, and easy to imagine someone attacking someone else over football. man, it was serious. the weather was beautiful because it was september not december.
