Mission Theater And Pub

During one of my yearly visits to Portland, I went with a friend to the Mission Theater and Pub (warning, old school web page!) to watch Shaun of the Dead. They evidently will have special nights where they will show episodes of Twin Peaks and other DVDs, so the tickets to see the actual movie are cheap. There’s stadium-style seating upstairs, but not really because they had what could be described as benches but elevated for which to put the pub-style food when eating, and room for the servers to bring the food to you, which you can order before the movie. Did I mention that they bring the food to you while you’re watching the movie? Oh right, I just did. You can also order beer, it being a pub and all. It was a fun experience, dampened only very slightly by the fact that it was kind of hard to hear the British accents of the actors over the laughter.
