Empire State Building

it was a fun experience, we went on christmas eve, but the line was wayyyyy too long! it was neat b/c when we were in the LONG line you could hear so many other languages being spoken!

Don’t get me wrong the Empire Building had amazing views but then we did go in the morning so it was really crowded but I prefer Rockafeller center because we went in the evening and the city just looked amazing and beautiful!! even looking at the Empire State Building with green lighting from the Rockafeller looked awesome.
..........my tip….which ever building you go to make sure you go in the evening when the skies are clear it is seriously beautiful scenery of the hectic city!!

it really is high, and makes the millions of cabs look so small. The outside observatory deck was very crowded and chaotic, but as people started to clear we had a spectacular view of the city. It was wonderful. When youre down in the ratrace and in the maze of buildings you lose sight of how big and great the city really is. Everyone should experience this.

I’d really like to the Empire State Building because of the amazing view from the top of it, but also because of the story of the highest skyscraper of NY, where had been shot the first King Kong movie.

For girls – it’s really windy up there.. so don’t wear dresses/skirts unless that’s part of your plan ..

Go after midnight if you don’t fancy standing in line for hours.

My last time to the Empire State Building, I finally got to go up to the 102nd “floor,” though it’s not much of a floor, it’s the top floor of a Zeppelin mooring dock. I always liked the Empire State Building better than the WTC, but I was just beginning to like the old WTC before the attack.

it was just like the top of the rockerfeller center, only without the empire state building in it, but pretty, since we were there for sunset over new jersey. was it worth the $18 and the long lines? probably.

I was in 6th grade and I thought it was the most amazing place in the world…the view….insanely amazing. Some twenty years later…..it’s just as amazing!
