love love love love love my home! Born and raised islander. Anyone from whidbey knows we’re a different breed. I love my hippie home!

Whidbey Island is HUGE and country. It’s surprisingly not populated. It has tons of State Park areas to visit and be outisde and tons of waterfront view.

I have such good memories of camping at fort ebey, and crossing the bridges to get there (eek! don’t be afraid of heights!!!) such an amazing place!!!!

I was born here and still live here. I can’t imagine ever leaving. The quiet woods that I live in, the peaceful beaches, the cleaner air. It’s a pain to travel across the ferry to work, shop or do anything cityish. But it is worth it.

I actually lived here. It was the best. I miss it. Hope to go back soon.

Wonderful hiking trails. Don’t expect a beach with actual waves but you can find some small seashells. You will find nice quaint waterfront restaurants. Must take a ferry to get there.

My family goes camping here every year. It’s so clean and beautiful.

This Island is beautiful but, if there is one thing that stands out in my mind it’s the sunsets. If you love the outdoors then this is the place to be. You must come and see for yourself.

My aunt used to live in Coupeville, and I’ve been on Whidbey Island a handful of times. It’s a nice peaceful area, and the bridge over Deception Pass is a must-see, not least the view from the bridge straight down into the surprisingly strong currents. Can you believe there’s a ferry going through there?

I haven’t been back there for years now. It would be nice to see it again one day.

My sister got married here and we had a wonderful place right on the water. The Bald Eagles would swoop right in above you looking for their breakfast.
