Worst customer service ever — 7 months ago
Not worth it!
I stayed here over Thanksgiving and booked a room (2 Queen beds, non-smoking) on the internet. There were 3 of us going. When we arrived they said the room was not yet ready and to check back after 6pm. After dinner we went to the room and discovered it was 1 king size bed. We called to the front desk and said that is not what we reserved and it wouldb’t work with 3 people. They said too bad. When asked if we could get something off the bill, they said no – so for $140 I got to sleep on a love seat. They recommended that the next day we call back to see if they could change our rooms. Call back between 1-2. We did and they said they couldn’t tell yet – call back between 6-8pm. It eventually worked out, but they were unwilling to do anything the first night. While in the elevator we encountered another couple upset because they got up to the 24th floor to discover their card didn’t work. The front desk recommended they come back down and wait in line again to get a new one. I won’t stay there again.
