Melbourne Aquarium

was pretty fucking rad,
although i must say a little short lived,
only lasting around a few hours,
and the glass boat tours usually all booked up on weekends.

the animals are amazing, strange, and entertaining. watching the sharks ect- being fed is a must-see.

the gift shop is highly priced, but what gift shop isn’t?

I have never been to an aquarium and although I used to live in Melbourne, I’m pretty sure it didn’t exist then. I’m planning a trip to Melbourne in April so I hope to try and get there.

I’m also interested in seeing a good planeterium. Does anyone know if there is one in Melbourne?

It was awesome! There were rays! I’ve never seen rays before, so i loved it. The website ect say it takes 2 hours, but we got there at 2 and stayed until it closed….

I became a member too, and it’s nice to know that there is somewhere in the city that i can go to relax and look at things swim :)

& just watching the fishes swim near you is really amazing.
