I grew up here .. with amazing friends, great times, great schools. Amazing times on the beaches. And I was also lead to the lord here .. all in all an amzing town

The communities are awesome and the fishing is GREAT! Plus the beach is definately somewhere you can take the lil kids :)

Worth visiting!
My inlaws move to Mackay last year. Been there a few times, and its been pretty hot. Not somewhere I would want to live. We are visiting them this christmas, so its going to be a real stinka. Lucky they have air cond. and a pool.
