Big Ben & The Houses Of Parliament

there’s no more famous sight in london. plus you have people going about their business as normal and tourists standing in the middle of the sidewalk staring upwards with cameras. well i too was one of those tourists so i didn’t feel quite so bad.

nice contrast of two worlds when you think about it: those on vacation and those who would rather be on vacation.

Definitely the best thing to see in London

I visited here on a school art trip to the tate modern … lol, well the trip lasted around 2 hours but then we were allowed 4 hours to do our thing around London City Centre. I went with group of mates and we visited Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, walked past 10 Downing Street, walked along that stretch of road with all the flags and the constant parading cavalry in gold armour- now that’s a class sight!

Breath-taking when you see them for the first time. You’ve seen it so many times in movies, but seeing it with your own eyes on the streets of London is unexplainable. It’s one of those reality check moments when you realize you really are in a foriegn country.
