If you visit the island, I highly recommend you consider a private boat charter, daysail or powerboat.

Try www.mvboat.com, they are awesome and will set up any type of day trip you want. Whether you want to tour the island, go to a private beach, enjoy the solitude and privacy of the ocean, have a romantic sunset champagne cruise, or party with friends.

We’ll be in Oak Bluffs for Labor Day Weekend, so I’m hoping it’s worth it for the amount of cash we’re having to shell out.

I lived here for five years and I would do it again.

The houses are lovely, and there’s a nice little beach that’s perfect for young children.
