Beautiful Lake - nice strawberries by Daniele Muscetta
It is another pretty village in the area “castelli romani”.
This has his own volcanic lake, close to “lake albano” but smaller than the former.
They grow straberries, and branberries, and bluberries… all sort of berries all year long (if not outside, in greenhouses around the lake) here, and they also make a “sagra delle fragole” (straberry party/event).
Nemi is a town and comune in the province of Rome (central Italy), on the Alban Hills overlooking Lake Nemi. It is 6 km (4 mi) NW of Velletri and about 30 km (18 mi) southeast of Rome.
