The High Museum

This is your standard art museum. Nice rotation of new exhibits. It’s free on the first (or is it last?) Saturdays of every month for residents!

i went on a date here, with the guy i went to prom with. i kept the ticket in my keepsake box. i’ll never forget hanging out at the high.

The new High is a whole nother story compared to the old High. Finally we have a museum that’s distinct enough to warrant attention from tourists. We now have a 3-year partnership with the Louvre, so it’s going to be a great season. Plus, no one can beat our Howard Finster collection, which is utterly the bomb.

I’m thrilled that we have the High in Atlanta, it adds so much cultural significance. I’ve seen Norman Rockwell and the Van Gogh impressionists exhibits and continue to be thoroughly impressed.
