Worth visiting!
it was last january – middle of winter. the sea was just starting to freeze around the pier. there was snow on the beach [such a sight!]. the lovely summer holiday town – nearly empty, but with an ice rink in the middle of it all. beach brollies all folded up and stacked.
perhaps one day i’ll make it there during the high season – to see what the town’s really made for.
