Parris Island

They took me there at night after feeding us food lace with L’tripophine (F7) so we would not know how to get off the island they were very polite to us when instructing us to get off the bus and line up on these painted footprints they had on the sidewalk that were facing the same way of the bus and then we watched the bus drive off then make make a right turn out of our vision and then THE INSANITY KNOWN AS MARINE CORPS BOOT CAMP COMMENCED!!!! OOOOOHHHHHHRAAAAAAH

my brother went to basic training there. i’ve never been so proud or relieved (that he was coming home) than i was on parris island. its a pretty area, but if you have any marines in your travelling party, don’t expect them to want to join you!

Lived there for 3 months back in ‘95. Got memories to last a lifetime. Went back to visit when my sister lived there…..boy what a change. It really is a beautiful island.

My sister graduated from USMC basic training in January of 2005, and I attended her graduation. Neat place, but the spanish moss really creeps this northerner out!
