Worth visiting!

The first time I went to this place

I stayed with an awesome CouchSurfing host who showed me around town, drove me out to views of Mt. Shasta and took me to a sweat lodge at Steward Mineral Springs. It was a gorgeous place, a great experience and was all around worth doing!

Why I recommend this place to visitors

This is a nice small town in Oregon. Running Y Ranch is a very nice place to visit in summer or winter, ice skating, golf, nice lodge. Crater Lake is amazing I recommend seeing that whether you stop in Klamath Falls or not. We have a few good museums in town too and you take a tour on the trolley (now a bus that looks like the trolley) Most interests revolve around outdoors and wildlife in this area. There are wetlands all over for bird lovers and good hunting and fishing. Its just a cute small town.

Not worth visiting!

Untitled

Right after a guy I was dating dumped me for his ex-girlfriend I called my friend Trevor who I thought lived in Oakdale, CA. Turns out he was staying in Livermore, CA but was going to be moving to Klamath Falls, OR in like three days. He invited me to visit him so I drove half way with my mom and dropped her off in Red Bluff, CA and continued on by myself to Klamath Falls.
The visit did not turn out to be the greatest. Trevor could not find work so he was broke, but he tried to hide that from me. He took me out to dinner and a movie and we got pulled over by the OR police who impounded his car for no registration.
The police would only give us a ride part of the way back to Trev’s house so we had to take a cab, which was a long and expensive ride.
After all of this, Trev was broke and when he finally got his truck back someone broke the windshield. This all has caused Trevor, who is now my husband to hate Oregon and avoid the state of Oregon at all costs.

It was a nice little town,

with a pretty lake. But I was confused because there were no falls.
