Alkmaar, the cheese city by rwidianiIf you want to go to Alkmaar, you better do it on Friday. The city itself is nice, but the cheese market on Friday makes it more special. There you can see people demonstrating how the cheese being bargained and sold. Cheese market is famous in Alkmaar, especially for the tourist.
