Pearl Harbor

One of the most somber, yet amazing experiences I’ve ever had. Truly a trip that any American should make to appreciate what our forefathers worked for.

My husband and I visited this location on our honeymoon. It was so eerie to see the oil (still) come up to the surface of the water from underneath of the vessels. This was a very surreal visit and one that I will never, ever forget! This was so very well worth the trip to Hawaii. They had a beautiful memorial and giftshop with memorabilla where we spent a great deal of time. I didn’t want to leave. It was the true spirit of America!

A very emotional time and yet very beautiful celebrations. Just peaceful to see all the leis tossed into the water.

I first went to Hawaii when I was 16. I really wanted to go on the Arizona tour, but we just couldn’t seem to make the time to get there. I really want to go back and see it.

The entire story behind Pearl Harbor is spell binding. When you visit Hawai’i this is one place you should definitely visit.
