Naples FL has very beautiful weather most of the time. It is cooler here in the summer than the Midatlantic quite often.
Be prepared to encounter the most rude people you will ever meet. I don’t know if there is something in the water here or what, but I do know most seem to have retired here from the Northeast reigon of the United States. They are loud and take over many resturants when you want to have a quite evening. And when they are not yelling, they are whining. I love my neighborhood in Naples. If it wasn’t for the fact that we have 5000 people a holiday season visit it, I would move north to Sarasota. The beaches are bigger and better there anyway.

Im 16 and I have lived in Naples my entire life. For a tourist I’m sure it’s great but for the people that actually live here we have to put up with pissy northerners that come to stay in their multi million dollar homes and complain about everything. Beautiful? absolutly. Fun? not so much.. for teenagers at least.

Oh man, I love this place! It’s only an hour and a 1/2 from where I live. You just take 75 straight to there (wether you’re north or south), and once you hit exit 101, just go to the light. Make a left and go to Davis Blvd, and make a right. From there, it’s really up to you where you want to go. There’s actually more to do there then you think! You have the beach (and Marco Island is just South), you have shopping, food, attractions, and of course the beautiful sunset that i’ve seen twice! I love it here!!

If you can stand the heat and humidity of Florida in the summer, it’s a nice little place. I’ve had family there since 1988 so I guess I’m a bit biased, but the pier has always been fun, the shells on the beach are usually great, Tin City was always amusing, and since I’m used to deer running across the road at home, seeing an alligator crossing the road was simply amazing.

Hahah. Naples is so great, you should buy a house on 68th st sw, [off of golden gate parkway. its yellow, two bath, three bedroom, a pool, some land in the back yard, it has a white fence around it and a for sale sign out front! I believe its atleast under 500,000$ Please buy it!
I don’t want to live in naples! (its no place to be a teenager.!)
