Snow Day: Park City by Jenneffervescent

While in Salt Lake City it came to my attention that the home of The Sundance Film Festival was just a short drive away through some beautiful mountain passes.

Being from a tourist town myself the prospect of seeing a madhouse of activity on it’s quiet counterpart, the “off-season,” was curiously appealing. What we found were warm locals, unique art galleries, and breath taking scenery.

I look forward to returning wether it be for an art walk or a flurry of independent films. Some places just feel homey. Thank you to the wonderful people we met while there.

As a tip: We randomly inquired with bartenders and shopkeeps if there was a place that had a really good local feel. Every person we asked sent us up Main Street toward The No Name Saloon. Upon entering you gather why.

The Greatest Snow on earth! by Kristie2me

My husband and I moved to Park City last year. Moving to Park City has been the best decision we have ever made.

We moved here to live the good life and to spend our days on the mountain skiing, snowboarding, and mtn biking.

Instead we happened to open Powder Transport; which just so happens to be one of the nicest taxi and private car services along the Wasatch Front!

If anyone ever needs assistance with transportation; concierge service; or any questions regarding Park City feel free to give us a call at 435-565-1155.

Very Fun! by LWood2277

We went for X-mas and had a blast. We went snowmobiling in Daniels Summit, very fun!!!! Park City itself has lots of great skiing, great bars, great hotels and resteraunts. I would highly recommend the sky lodge there.

was the end destination on our cross-country adventure. actually, we really didn’t stop along the way as we were hauling two horses that had been sold there. and we only stayed two nights. but it was amazing. the entire trip. and despite the cold and gray skies that followed just about everywhere, it was awesome.
