Radium Hot Springs

The town has longhorn sheep just wandering around in it, according to the man at the front desk of the Prestige Inn, they are an endangered species and there is a man is town who is paid to protect them from domestic wildlife like dogs. Also, from the same source, don’t try and pet them, they will headbutt you.

It was a nice town and the little cabin we stayed in was great, but I dunno, the pool was just kinda warm to me. I’m hoping Ainsworth Hot Springs will be much better!

Hitchiking through on the way to Banff. That was thirty years ago this July … like to see it again.
