37 Rutland has great floors. If you want somewhere to sprawl and contemplate the universe in moulded plaster ceilings, this is the place. Pillows occasionally provided, but the hardwood is surprisingly comfy!

37 Rutland is quite the party palace, with video games, movies, the occasional tripping over a remote. (I swear, it was trying to bite me.) There’s drama, intrigue, insanity, and other fun things. C’mon down!
