I was born in Indiana PA then moved away for 10 yrs of my life then come back to live in the country of Penn Run beautiful country side then lived in town of Indiana it’s self and of course Homer City and Blairsville even though it’s an alright place to live it’s more geared for the College life full of motels college living and bars you just have to venture throughout the state to see such beautiful country side. I also lived in Pittsburgh Pa area while going to a technical school here’s part of the sights I have seen on the gateway clipper which I would recommend going on a tour of especially in the fall

This is where I go to school. IUP. Its a huge party school, which is one of the reasons I don’t like it so much. Outside of the school though, its a really beautiful, old town with a lot of little shops and stores. The college kind of ruins the atmosphere of the old town, but I really like Indiana. The people there are always really nice. There’s a lot to do there…and if you’re a college student then you know that IUP pre-games like other schools party…there are soooooo many people that go there, it was kind of overwhelming at first.

I was born and raised here, so maybe I’m a little biased, but I think it’s a great little town! I definitely have to agree with the person who said its main saving grace is the college, but there are many other aspects of small town life that I love about Indiana.

Lived here for the first 20 yrs of my life by babylegs

While it made for great fun in my formative years, I would not recommend this Western PA everytown. It’s only saving grace is its college, which continues to grow every year.
