Boracay

I’ve been to this island three times already, First time was way back 2001 with my bestfriend apols, 2nd time with friends and a special someone, third time with my all – female barkada. It was a different experience each time… I’m looking forward to go back, this time with my family…

I couldn’t wait to go again! My last time there was like heaven!

Love beaches, sunrise, sunset, clear night skies, good food, company and intoxication in any form. What an environment to fall in love! _Sigh

Its a good place to chill out with friends but if you want peaceful and relaxing vacation, then find a more secluded area as the beach front is very commercialized already. So many shops and so many things happening at the same time. I guess, for some, this is still the place to spend summer vacation. If you don’t like a crowded beach, don’t plan your bora getaway during the lenten season. If you do, good luck!

My second time to Boracay but disappointed, too many hotels and visitors it’s ok but the cons is sewer problem, the island is so small and there’s no place for dumps, that’s why the water smells, i met a lot of visitors from other countries with the same comments….same problem two years ago but it got bad now.
If you want to go swimming go to the other end of the island Puka beach hope its not contaminated.

every filipino should visit this place at least once in his life. i’ve heard so much about this island paradise from everywhere and everyone, and i think almost all filipinos who aren’t living under the rocks since world war 2 has heard of this place in one way or another.

but it sucks big time that a lot of us have never been there! i mean, i’m a filipino, and i’ve never been to boracay whereas almost all americans who can afford to travel has!!! what?!? shame on me!!! i’m definitely gonna go there this year. obviously, budget is a deciding factor lol…

anyway, white-sand beaches with crystal-blue waters and a kick-ass nightlife, what more can i ask for? this is definitely the place to be if you’re looking for a beautiful beach but still feel the city vibes around u (meaning, u don’t wanna feel like u’re isolated from the rest of the world)...

can’t wait!!! :)

Must luv Bora!

Pretty nice place, but I think it is way too hype up and over commercialized. Philippines has a lot more beautiful beaches to discover. Boracay should also look into the beggars and fake watches peddlers roaming around trying to fool foreigners. Takes only one to bring the whole house down, if you know what I mean.

My group of friends went their last summer. Its really worth it to see. The water is like a crystal, the soft white sand like a powder and the beauty of nature that perfectly clear God’s creation. Its really like a paradize that you cant leave anymore. Anything you need are provided. foods,dress,spa. If you are afraid that your money is not enough there is an atm and bank. its really wonderful island and nothing you ask for in your vacation. we also visited the island cove. It is really beautiful. I got a good adventure here. then from the crytal water i leave my all sadness and change for a better me.
