Go on Tuesday night if you can. They have “Gourmet Night,” where they make specialty pizzas. For like six bucks you get all you can eat slices, breadsticks, and salad. Their lunch special is also great: a huge slice and breadsticks for about $3. They have a basket of breadsticks and a pot full of sauce at the counter and you can help yourself until you’re too stuffed to walk.

WOW, so many memories about this place..
I recall eating some of the best pizza EVER here.
I only hope it is as good now as then..
we even started a myspace for ex employees of the fairview store!

If you’re going to Flying Pie, check out this webpage: http://www.flyingpie.com/yourday.html
If you go on “your” day, you get to make your own 10” specialty pizza… and it’s free! If you go, you also get to vote for a future featured name. How about “Sarah”? Doesn’t that sound like a nice name?

I don’t know if it’s their dough, sauce or oven. Something in the pizza is magical. Very creative recipes with a hip staff and comfy interior. The biggest perk for me is their wide selection of premium beer. Trappist ales, german hefeweizens, Sockeye’s Triple Pie Ale, you can’t go wrong!
