Need to see a Red Sox/Yankees game in enemy territory!

Yankee Stadium was a stones throw from where I lived, so my father took us kids there when we were little. Bought us bats and balls and such. He was a good dad. They are in the process of moving Yankee Stadium soon. I believe across the street.

Only worth visiting if you get to see the Red Sox spank ‘em in their own house!! Those are my favorite days at Yankee Stadium! :-)

I love Yankees! Can’t get enough Yankee games! If I could go to all 81 home games I would! Can’t wait til the next game! GO YANKEES!!!

Go before the new stadium takes over. A ‘must-do’ side trip is to see the Staten Island Yankees, a Single A minor league affiliate! Best kept secret in NY. A free ferry ride in NY Harbor, a great view of the skyline, both from the boat and from the stadium, and mid-america alive and well in NYC!

If you want to be able to walk around the stadium, Don’t sit in the bleachers! They are separated from the rest of the stadium and you are stuck in the outfield.

There were some entertaining fights that we almost as fun as watching the game as well!

I hate the Yankees…but Yankee Stadium is a good place to watch a game. It has nice views from most of the seats, the food is good, and it is definitely upkept well. It has a timeless, classic feel to it. The surrounding neighborhood is kind of a dump though.

I love this stadium. From monument park to the infield grass, it’s just a beautiful ballpark. I’ve been there countless times and everytime I walk to my seat and catch that first glimpse of the field I am breathless. The history there is amazing and it’s a great place to see a game.

i went on tues aug 15, yankees beat the orioles…seriously wonderful game. got to see all of my favorite pitchers (mussina, proctor, & MARIANO RIVERA!!!) & the yankees ended up on top. i couldn’t have asked for a better game to see at yankee stadium! =)

if you respect baseball history or like the yankees, it’s worth seeing. it was amazing, so different than going to a rangers game (i love them too, but it’s not the same)...the place is always packed, & the crowd really gets into the game. i can’t wait to go again.
