Did the Gulf of Mexico/panhandle trip one year – Visiting a lot of places over 3 weeks – This one one of the nicest. Would love to go again.

The name says it all. Hot, dry, boring, good fried seafood, small, colorful, near the beaches, no good places to eat or stay, funky old dusty southern streets and shacks, bible belt drivel, backyard crafts, nice waterfront, strange.
