Oakville

Fell in love with a girl here. That’s always a pretty awesome experience.

I went there this christmas, I am moving there next christmas.
I am visiting there by myself for a month in march, I like it. I go to toronto if I am bored and I feel really safe just hanging out and walking around there.

lots of good memories. STill go there to visit old friends. Its gorgeous there. But when i think of the REAL Oakville the one that tourists dont see, I think of lots of rich kids doing and selling lots of hardcore drugs. what can I say its the truth:)

Its a place to live, there isnt much to do here, exspecially for Teenagers. Look farther Eastbound, toward Missisauga and Toronto for better things to do. Oakville once you do all the stuff here its not worth doing it again. Its just a really nice rich town.

You need some serious cash to live there but anyone can visit. The newer areas are just awful, high density housing with no character at all, but Olde Oakville? It’s gorgeous. Find out when the downtown is having one of its celebrations and schedule a trip. Try not to spend the whole evening in the beer tent though!

Well…fine…it’s boring…but at least go to Philthy McNasty’s. Seriously. Oh, and the Waterfront Festival. And the Jazz. And Midnight Madness. And the Oakville Art Society. And and and

Grew up here, and it will always be home and familiar. Oh the nostalgia of it all. But I feel bad not recommending you visit it, but why? There’s nothing there, go some place more exciting for goodness sake.

I’ve lived in Oakville since I was 3. Everything after all these years has become repetitive and boring. I’d rather go cow tipping in Orangeville.

Visit if you want, but only stay about a week.
