Great neighborhood. I haven’t experienced it to be a party place at all. Maybe I’m not out late enough, but it’s been all pleasantly lively, and a multicultural place.

Seriously, a great place to visit, but it’s not fun to be part of EVERYONE’S party, EVERY weekend.

Its just not worth it. Its not a terribly nice place, and what it does have can be found elsewhere. Its chock full of loud, drunk 20somethings. If that’s your thing, you’ll probably like it. If its not, then dont waste your time.
