Stone Harbor

Walk the boardwalk, visit a bird sanctuary, bike up the barrier islands, fly a kite, watch a tide pool, swim at a beautiful beach.

Of course, I’m a Jersey girl, so maybe I’m biased. But honestly, you can’t beat Stone Harbor. I grew up going there every summer. It has gorgeous clean beaches with fine white sand (not that gritty stuff you find further north), and then there’s “Town” which is full of great little shops and restaurants. It’s also only 7 miles away from the Wildwoods, and falls directly in between Cape May and Avalon. It doesn’t have that dirty feel to it that a lot of other resort towns do. It’s my dream to live there someday.
