Worth visiting!
I played this bar.
As a student guitar player. But the guy from the Meters kicked us off the stage so he could play. I have highly embarrassing videos of the performances, but i’m most proud of singing and playing ‘back in black’ here.
also, I saw the dirty dozen brass band play here in dec 2004. Here’s hoping it escaped the flood, i think the rest of oak street dodged the bullet.
