Worth visiting!
I saw fireflies for the first time in my life, at the age of thirty, while visiting here!

Worth visiting!
My aunt lives in Fredericksburg (she works in DC) and we drove out there about 4 years ago in October. While the red clay earth is a bit annoying sometimes (real easy to track in on their lovely new white carpet) the trees were incredibly beautiful. Gold. Red. Orange. Dazzling. The history of the area fascinated us while we were there, so yes, we did all the touristy things.

i go to school in somewhat sleepy fredericksburg. the night life is pretty much none, the college runs on it’s own, and it’s hard to get places.
but the people you meet, the small shops downtown, the restaurants, the rappahannock, and every aspect of this town is worth it. it’s where memories are made and dreams are fulfilled.

LOVE LOVE LOVE it here… secluded beach all to myself and the parque maritime coco hotel… puesto del sol restaurant… and the guapote is amazing. I miss it… can’t wait to go back.

Worth visiting!
Fredericksburg is definitely worth a visit. Especially if you enjoy American history or historic architecture. If you come to visit I would recommend visiting primarily the downtown area. The rest is an over-commercialized mess.
