Panama City Beach

grew up here…the beach used to be really beautiful before all the mtv spring break’s were held there, then the beach got bombarded w/ sloppy drunks and trash. literally. now they’re tearing down the quaint places along the beach to build high rise condos and strip malls. it’s unfortunate. i’m sure most of yall will like the more touristy atmosphere anyway and still have a good time.

Hot people, beautiful beach, cool places…what more could you ask for?

Been at least 50 times continue to go back each year

My husband 2 kids and I moved her to escape the old ghosts of our pasts from New Orleans. It was the best move of our lives. It allowed us to grow up and grow with our children and grow as a family. One of the BEST places I have ever lived in my life. Beautiful place, love the people. Lots to do. They need more skateboarding parks, but other than that, it is fabulous. GORGEOUS beaches!!

Panama is one big party. You can just walk up the beach and be invited by tons of hot guy to a party. I went spring break of this year to my condo in panama and had one of the times of my life! When you wake up you start drinking and don’t stop until u pass out! I also met some awesum people in panama!!!

The first time I visited P.C. was summer of 2006. I stayed a week there with my sister and I love it there. I loved being in the water all day and just hanging out with her. I did get sick for a couple of days because of the heat but it was all worth it!

Spring Break is outa control. Be there again in 3 weeks!

Panama City is awesome but not near is great as it used to be. A lot of the hotels that college kids stay in are being torn down and Resorts are being built. They are trying to attract a different kind of crowd (i.e. families, retired). I used to go to Panama City every year since I only live about 4 1/2 hours away, but have found that there are other great beaches in florida as well. If you do go to PCB, here are a few places I recommend going to…First of all Club La Vela (it’s great during spring break), Pineapple Willy’s, The Slingshot, Schooners, and Shell Island.

A nice beach for younger (i.e. college aged) people who want to party. It seemed fun when I was 21 or 22. Still not a bad beach depending on what time of the year you go.

If you’re over the age of 21 skip this place. It’s like someone picked up pensacola and moved it East, just in case I’ll tell you that it’s not a good thing.
