Needles

The river is pretty awesome during the summer, but thats about all Needles has going for it….

I stopped here with my friends on a road trip to las vegas.
It was the hottest weather I have experienced (122 degrees). We stayed at a motel 6 and met some girls at the pool..turns out that’s their hangout place!! Afterwards they were gonna go to “the mall” which turned out to be a K-mart.
This place made me sad.
I had an egg mcmuffin the next morning and almost threw up when I had to walk around in the heat.

A horrible little place…half of the buildings are abandoned anyways, and the heat in the summer is excrutiating. Please don’t go here, there’s nothing to see. Even if the name does sound half interesting.

I’d like to go because it’s one of the few main climbing places in California that I have yet to climb. I believe there are also good hiking trails in the area.
