Worth visiting!

The Fremont Rocket

is a cool tribute to the quirkiness of Fremont. The story of the rocket can be found here.

My husband and I did a walking tour of Fremont for my birthday and the Rocket was just one of several sites we had to see. I loved that the Fremont motto “De Libertas Quirkas” (Freedom to be Peculiar) is emblazoned on the side of the rocket. If you like quirky, this is definitely worth a visit.
