ok… lets say the palaces werent that great… i was in ferizaj the food was ok… and the people… but.. i cant say it was a great experience.. sorry over 4 years agoKosovo by philippwasserscheidtHm, what should I tell you about Kosovo? It is really difficult. I wouldn t say, that the biggest part of Kosovo is what you could call beautiful. Not only that everything is full of rubbish and house-skeletons, former serbian houses, where the albanian picked out the bricks. But there is no atmosphere, no soul in it. I’d been in Kosovo for 1 day only. I wisited the mausoleum of Sultan Murat 1st, the emperor of Ottoman who had extended the borders of “The Empire” through Balkans. It was fun and silly that the serbian government had constructed a statue for the murderer of “Sultan I.Murat” very close to this mausoleum. I don’t think it will stay there so long.
