Blue Trout Grill

This space has had many different incarnations of restaurants. Tonight I had a quick drink at the bar but it seems like a nice new place. The bartender was attentive and talkative. She told us that they have a butcher on site and everything but the vanialla ice cream is made in house! I still only had a beer (ok – half a beer) but the food looked yummy, the atmosphere was casual but humming and the place was packed and busy.

The person next to me had scallops and felt they were overpriced yet delicious. I will give it at least 1 try before deciding.
