Ben Nevis

I climbed to the summit using the hiking route on May 10th 2008. Nice hike. Nice friends. A really good day.

i went up this mountain for ulster cancer foundations. the weather wasn’t great but i had a sense of achievement when i actually got to the roof of britian. i can’t wait to do it again but this time, the summer or at least a clear day.

p.s if you are doing it, get some practice and make sure you pick a clear day..

I couldn’t believe it’s majesty

It’s truly awesome! The highest mountain in the UK. Stunning scenery. It puts you into perspective – in 100 years, 1000 years, you and your problems will be gone, but Ben Nevis won’t. Awe-inspiring place.

It isnt just the sheer majesty of the mountain that blows you away, its the history that seems to just radiate from it. It is such a beautiful place, it can feel like you have been suspended in time when you stare at it. I would definitely say that it is a must see.
