Was about 16 years ago when they were located on Western Ave. I remember that the Szechuan Green beans were like nothing I’d ever had before. Since that time they seem to be a staple on all Thai & fusion restaurants. We went tonight & enjoyed an array of items- black Pepper Scallops, Szechuan Green Beans, SevenSpice Beef, Monkfish,Pad Thai,Pea Pods & Portobello Mushrooms & something else but I cant remember now! They must have gotten a better exhaust fan for the kitchen because when we left our clothes didn’t require dry cleaning like they did at the other location.

wild ginger is worth going to if being hip is more important that authenticity. sure, i understand it’s fusion but, for my money, i’d rather have authentic thai food.

still, for a special occasion, you could do a lot worse. the food & the service are both good. the decor is nice but the place is just so massive, it’s hard to not see it as a business venture rather than a place to dine.

comme ci, comme ça by CriminalSalt

Not great, not bad, but okay.

It is a good location to take a group of co-workers or your parents or any group of diverse and maybe difficult eaters, as usually everyone can find something that is middle of the road non-offensive and satisfying. Also the price is fairly mid-range so those out of town guests hopefully won’t be freaking out about how expensive everything is.

Wild Ginger , Seattle Washington. by LuLu11

Definitely a must do on the dining circut of Seattle. Great Asian flavours, big&small dishes, great for snacking and full dinner dining.

One of the best restaurants in Seattle
