Armand Hammer Museum of Art and Culture Center aka: AHMACC

Saw the amazing Kara Walker exhibit. A not-to-miss show. The permanent collection is incredible. Fell in love with Honoré Daumier’s dark little paintings. And they are supposed to have a pretty awesome video library.

the Alÿs exhibit was helpful, provocative

This is one of my most favorite museums in the world. It is small but it packs a punch as far as current trends in the modern art world goes. Definately WORTH going out of your way to visit this classic.

i saw the “thing” exhibit here and it was exhilirating!

great exhibits. especially installation one last spring w/ up and coming southern artists.
