i went for the basquiat exhibit by goldenticket
im not a huge fan of modern art but i went to see the basquiat exhibit. there was a man working at MOCA who would lead a tour and talk about differernt paintings the extra insight helped. basquiat had the quote “cowards will pay to get rid of you” on a few of his paintings it kinda stuck with me. my favorite by far was his painting “St Joe Louis Surrounded by Snakes” and i havent been able to find a picture of it online at all.
