Lake Tahoe

Like my second home. Lake Tahoe is an amazing place to spend time whether summer or winter. No matter the conditions there is an plethora of outdoor activities and the lake seems to be the focal point no matter where you are, holding everything together in a tranquil way. I hope to one day retire up here.

Hike the rim trail

Early 90’s, first wife, we went with Paul and Jane..

Betsy has lived there for nearly 4 years now and I have yet to go out and visit her. I feel like a heel.

This is a nice place. The mountains and the lake are just perfect.

I lived just outside of Tahoe for several years and loved it. It’s a little pricey in some areas, but you can find some sweet local spots if you just look.
Just a tip though: If you want to take pictures and look at stuff, don’t do it in your car and slow traffic. You’ll bug the locals. Just get out of your car, you’ll get better pictures anyway. Plus, it might inspire you to go do some hiking or something. Your not human if you don’t get out and do something while your there.

Great for a vacation spot during summer. Lake Tahoe Hotels are there if you want to stay for long months.

I live c;ose and cant go enough

stayed in a condo beneath the ski slopes so you could ski to your driveway. It’s a beautiful place to refule any time of the year. Definantly a romantic getaway and leave the kids at home. Take a little change so you can go gamble too. Nevada side is a blast.

this is the most beautiful lake i can remember that i have been to. the waters are clear and the cabins are amazing. i remember my family caught lots crayfishes. i found a stone with had a gorgeous tiger like stripes running along it. as i was there we went to an arcade and i got a tiger with a hard head. i named it stone, which is after the rock i found in the lake.
