Had a wonderful vacation here with some friends from London. We rented an apartment in the center of town. Most days were started with yogurt and fruit and local honey on our terrace looking over the roofs to the sea. Days were spent in the cafes or on Valtos beach with breaks from reading or writing for walks or swimming in the Ionian sea or a drink and some lunch. We took a ferry to Paxos & Antipaxos islands, a bus trip to Ionnina & Dodoni & gave each other temporary tattoos. Every night began with an ouzo in a cafe before a great dinner then ended with a Metaxa in Mythos bar.
